The new townhomes at Stonefield have attractive modern exteriors and interiors. For townhomes, I thought the bedrooms were larger than normal. Although the crime rate is higher than the national average, this community will be gated. The ceilings are nine feet for the first and second floor but only eight feet for the third floor. The standard countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are white engineered stone; they look great for an included standard. The HVAC system is on the front patio; it's ideal to have the HVAC systems on the roof to be out of sight; it allows more room on the patio, and probably also not enjoyable to hear while outside. At this price point, I feel solar and more smart home features should have been included.
