Lennar typically offers many great options, and Mountainside is no exception. These homes include smart features, like the Honeywell smart thermostat, smart front door deadbolt, Echo Dot, and a Ring doorbell camera. They even include front drought-tolerant landscaping and irrigation, hardly ever included with new homes but are at Mountainside. I would have liked to see quartz countertops over granite as an included option, but they offer shaker cabinets in either white or maple. Not only are their one-story plans, but all of the two-story plans also feature a bedroom on the first floor, great for the guest that don't like stairs. At Mountainside, you'll have a quiet location, surrounded by grapevines that once dominated this area.
