Blue Sage is in Carlsbad, California, with over one hundred twenty homes; it's somewhat a large community in an open area with nearby trails and hills. All the townhomes are two-story, which is rare; usually, they are three stories. Although I feel the floor-plans are similar to homes built in the '80s, the model homes are impressively designed, but you're not purchasing the models; you're buying the bare minimum, which these homes include a lot of the typical standards.
