Whittingham at Harmony Grove Village has a total of four large model homes. First, I want to point out how impressed I was with the presentation of these model homes; every model home was immaculate with minimal build quality flaws. I usually spot flaws often in models, but as usual, Lennar made it challenging to find any. I liked a lot about these homes, especially the large lots, long driveways, and three to four-car garages. All features are becoming rarer and rarer when purchasing a new home these days, especially in California. The large guest master suite is another great feature, especially since they're on the first floor, with its own private kitchen, which is perfect for guests who don't like stairs. It would have been nice if the suite had the option for a private entrance to rent it out possibly, but then again, maybe it would invite too many short term buyers to the neighborhood. The area is tranquil, felt peaceful. Keep in mind, this area is surrounded by dry brush and may be vulnerable to wildfires. For the most part, I was impressed with these homes. If you're looking for a large home with lots of space for your cars/toys, with a big yard, this is probably where you want to be.
