The first feature you'll notice about the St Cloud community is the grad entrance with what looks like a guard shack but is actually an intercom system with a keypad. Once you drive in, you'll see the massive recreation center, and on your left will be The Collection homes. The homes are in a quiet area with a crime rating below the national average. The flip-side is the school ratings, they could be better, so you may want to look elsewhere if that's important to you. Like most Lennar homes, these homes include everything you need to move in and then some. All the appliances, shaker cabinets, a smart video doorbell, a smart thermostat, and even a wi-fi front door lock. The homes at The Peak are an excellent option for a wide range of buyers that are looking to own their first home.
