The new homes at Eko Block broke ground in 2020 in beautiful Pacific Beach, and they range from 1655-1776 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The covered carport has space for two cars. Depending on the design, you'll have options to add lofts, bonus rooms, offices, and private guest suites.
THE residence A Plan is 1736 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
THE residence B Plan is 1711 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
THE residence C Plan is 1766 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
THE residence D Plan is 1733 sq. ft. with three and a half bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms.

Eko Blok is in a quiet location of Pacific Beach with mature homes and an apartment complex surrounding it. When touring Residence E, My first impression upon walking into the home was the kitchen, would have been nice to have it more substantial, especially since this is the kind of home you'll want to entertain in. What made up for it was the bedroom on the first floor, this will be great for the older generations and ultimately resale.
On the second floor is the stacked washer and dryer closet, the master bedroom, and the second bedroom. What stands out is the massive deck, so I'm assuming Lennar realized people would more than likely want to entertain outside, so it makes sense not having a large kitchen and dining area. On the third floor, you'll have one massive rooftop deck. You'll have a deck to observe from every angle.
Residence F is my favorite, yes, it's bigger, but it has two bedrooms on the first floor, big plus. It also has a full side-by-side laundry room. On the second floor are the massive kitchen, great room, dining room, and deck. On the third floor is another massive deck, the master, and a loft. Altogether, I felt that the use of space at Eko Blok was used efficiently and impressed with the floor plans. The modern exteriors are attractive too. What I wish they went with was an enclosed garage, not a carport. These are million-dollar homes with more than likely expensive cars that shouldn't be out in the open. You may be able to get a gate at the entrance, especially since Eko Park doesn't have an HOA.
