The new single-family homes at The Commons don't share a common wall, but the houses are relatively close together with no backyard, just one side yard. Although the exterior paint and grass in the common areas create an attractive contrast that compliments each other, I would have like to see more trees. I liked to see the dual dog park, one for small dogs and the other for large. My first impression was that it was a lot of concrete and asphalt, making it feel ten degrees hotter than it was. The floor plans on all the residences are lovely, all two stories with a bedroom on the first floor, which is essential for your older guests who aren't fond of stairs. The HOA fees are low, $155 per month, low tax rate: 1.11%, and no Mello-Roos - hard to find. The homes include everything, a video doorbell, a smart thermostat, smart door locks, and even the fridge-typically never included. Keep in mind; these houses are next to the 15 freeway.
