Overlook at Summerwind Trails offers large ranch-style single-story homes at a reasonable starting price of approximately $397,990. I'm impressed with the open floor-plans, especially the Oxford/plan 4. Oxford's great room, nook, and kitchen are connected, making one massive room, great for entertaining. This builder is known for offering a lot of custom options like windows, walk-in shower, room configurations, covered patio, and a third car garage. The site was clean with minimal trash, which says a lot about the builder's integrity. The only drawback was the massive powerlines that almost all the homes in the area have a view of. Keep in mind, this area gets hot in the summer. It was 110+ degrees when I was there, so expect a higher than average electric bill due to solar panels not being included.
