All of the homes have great features such as bedrooms on the first floor of all two-story homes-great for resale, three-car garages are standard, solar is included, sinks in the laundry rooms, and great community amenities.
Brookfield Residential homes included many smart home features at Agave: Apple TV (as the hub), Honeywell smart thermostat, Bluetooth enabled smart deadbolt, and Lutron smart dimmers. On the flipside, this community isn't gated, there is Mello-roos, and solar should have been included; builders pay bulk pricing for solar. Yes, they work it into the pricing, but it usually makes little noticeable difference to the mortgage compared to your electric bill.
