The new homes at Overland make a great first impression with their modern and attractive exteriors. Overland is in the master plan community called Spencer's Crossing in Murrieta, California. These homes are quite large at between 2,806 to 3,741 square feet and feature a massive three-car garage, definitely enough room for a large family. Pardee homes included many smart home features: Ring Doorbell, smart thermostat, smart door lock, and even smart light dimmers/switches-most builders don't include this much. It seems that the prices are similar to the other new home communities in Spencer's Crossing, but it appears that you get more home for the money here. On the flipside, solar should have been included; builders pay bulk pricing for solar. Yes, they work it into the pricing, but it usually makes little noticeable difference to the mortgage compared to your electric bill.
