I'm impressed with the new homes at Braeburn in Mentone, California.
It's a small community in a great area surrounded by orange groves, close enough to Redlands and Yucaipa, but far enough to keep it quiet and conservative. I'm also surprised to see all the great options they including like the front yard drought-tolerant landscaping and the white or Kona shaker cabinets in the kitchen. Mentone can get hot in the summer, so I'm surprised they didn't include solar, but they offer it as an option. I was also impressed with the fact that they provide an option for a third car garage. The new homes at Braeburn look like a great community to purchase a home.
