The Carlyle is impressive inside and out, especially when you walk into its secured board and batten beach styled entrance. Many fun activities come to mind when you think of the location of Carlyle. You'll be walking distance to many famous restaurants and bars. Incredibly close to the Carlsbad train station where you can catch a ride to downtown San Diego for a ball game or north to Orange County and Los Angeles. The beach is less than a half-mile walk if you want to catch a sunset. All of the condominiums are one story with an elevator, great for those of you that aren't fond of stairs. I would have liked to see solar and smart home features included, but they include high-end appliances and luxury plank flooring. The covered balconies are large, more like an outdoor living space with t.v. connections and massive pocket door to let in a lot of natural light to the living room. Some of the homes will have a slight view of the ocean from the third floor. Carlyle has an HOA of around $508/month, seems reasonable considering all the amenities like the pool and gated garage entrance.
