Cypress offers three different exterior elevations: the Santa Barbara, Tuscan, and California Craftsman. All homes are three levels, and select floorplans offer rooftop decks with views of the hillsides and 78 freeway. Rooftop decks are neat, but keep in mind that they tend to have more leaks than regular roofs. Also, views are subjective; I think a rooftop deck is best for locations with an ocean view. I would have instead had a more massive yard or at least more room between the homes. These homes are so close together and tall; they can easily be mistaken for a town-home. Don't get me wrong, these homes are beautiful, especially on the inside, and they draw you in, but for the price and location so close to the freeway, they may be priced a little high for what you get. The preserve does that a great recreation center that includes a beach entry pool, workout center, park, playgrounds, spa, BBQs, and outdoor fire-pits.
