Edencrest is located just south of Dixon Lake, surrounded by groves and old neighborhoods. These are large (up to 4,043 sq. ft.) one to two-story single-family luxury homes with three-car garages, laundry rooms with a sink, and at least one bedroom on the first floor of all the plans. If you're looking for a one-story home, I wouldn't wait and reserve one soon because they tend to sell-out first. The location is beautiful, surrounded by avocado groves and open land; Edencrest sits on what used to be an avocado packing house. I feel these are fabulous homes with well-planed floorplans; I just would have liked to see more included features like solar, smart thermostats, and smart door locks. Most of the floorplans offer custom options to rooms like an ensuite, which has its own private sitting room with a kitchen, and walk-in closet. The community has minimal amenities, no pool, or a recreation room. Keep in mind that amenities take up space like room for a more massive yard, which Edencrest offers on select homes. If you're looking for a large home, with bedrooms on the first floor or a one-story, and with a large yard, but don't care about the low school ratings, Edencrest is your community.
