Sanctuary is one of four large communities going in at the new master-planned Canopy Grove development. These are relatively large homes with up to five bedrooms and 3,209 square feet. The offer one-story homes, which is rare these days in San Diego county, so if they are available, you may not want to wait because they usually sell out fast. All of the two-story plans have at least one bedroom on the first floor, great for guests who prefer not to use stairs and excellent resale value. Like most of the new homes that Lennar builds, these homes come with everything included. Yes, the washer/dryer, fridge, oven, stove. Even smart home devices are included, like video doorbell, smart thermostat, auto door locks, etc. Although some of the lots are larger than others, the majority are small, so if you're looking for a yard, make sure and tour the lot before purchasing.
