I enjoyed touring the single-family homes at Westbury. Although they don't offer any one-story homes, all the plans homes have at least one bedroom on the first floor. The houses tend to limit walls between the living room, kitchen, and dining rooms, definitely what buyers want today. Of course, the models are highly upgraded, so if you fall in love with them, expect to pay well above the asking price. The recreation center is neat, especially the clubhouse, with a large kitchen. They also have parks and playgrounds. I would have liked to see a gate around this community, especially considering how many families with children will be living there.
