These townhomes include smart features, like the Honeywell smart thermostat, smart front door deadbolt, Echo Dot, and a Ring doorbell camera. The new homes even include quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, and all the appliances. All the savings will leave room for upgrades like flooring. At Ventana you'll be walking distance to retail shops and restaurants. This location is also where the popular Oceanside Firework Show is every year on the 4th of July, something you may or not appreciate. My favorite plan was the plan 4, especially considering it was an end unit which allowed more natural lighting along the outer walls and a balcony. It would have been nice to see a pool, but on the flipside, that typically can increase HOA payments.
