Toll Brothers deserves a pat on the back for the new town-homes at Avella. I was so impressed with these homes that I was tempted to pull out my checkbook and reserve one. These homes are a great example of luxury town-homes and earned the label. The presentation of all the model homes are nearly perfect with few builder flaws; they keep up with the model quality, which tells you a lot about their build quality. The homes offer some great options like a full-size elevator that replaces a coat closet, which was smart on their end because they can appeal to a broader field of buyers that wouldn't usually like to climb three flights of stairs. Although these models look fantastic, keep in mind that it will cost you quite a bit extra in options to look like them. The community recreation center is another reason I would buy here, especially for the low HOA cost around $600; some gyms charge more than that! A few pointers that I wasn't fond of was one, the views during the day, the community isn't gated, and solar is not included. Even with those drawbacks, I feel that if you're looking for a town-home in this area for the price, this may be an excellent fit for you.
