The new town-homes at The Pavilion show minimal and conservative Spanish style exterior elevations. The exterior style is subjective, but they didn't stand out to me as something I had to have, especially at the price point they're asking. I was impressed with the low HOA fees of $307 per month, low tax rate: 1.11%, no Mello-Roos, and the recreation center. The homes include everything, a video doorbell, a smart thermostat, smart door locks, and even the fridge-typically never included. Keep in mind, these houses are next to the 15 freeway. When you weigh out everything, I think these are great homes, but you may want to negotiate.
