They also include a lot of smart home features like a smart thermostat, smart door locks, video doorbell, and even an alarm system, definitely not included when purchasing a new home. Also included are quartz countertops in the kitchen. Of course, it includes a lot of the features you'd see at other new home communities like LED can lighting, A/C, etc. I would have like to see solar included and not as a lease option.
