The single family homes at Sweetwater are north east of the Sweetwater Reservoir, across the street from a self storage business. All the single family homes include a two-car garage and a long enough driveway to fit additial cars if needed. The Residence Plan Three and Four both feature a bedroom on the first floor, great for guests that would rather not use stairs, and an added bonus for resale value. I was disapointed to find out that the homes do not include solar, you'll have to add the cost to the price of the home or lease it. On select plans, you do have the option to add a sink in the laundry room; typically not offered by builders.
